Keeping phone battery charged is a challenge for many Nigerians as a result of epileptic power supply. Many have resorted to power banks in order to keep the phones charged whereas there is no electricity to charge the power banks. It is not uncommon to see people going about their daily activities with USB chargers hanging from their necks ready to plug in their phones to any power source that they come across.


I actually stumbled on this video about how to charge your phone using your body electricity online and i decided to share the contents  here hoping it might be useful to us. The video shows how to charge your phone with electricity gotten from your body. I will list out the procedures to follow below

THINGS YOU WILL NEED TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE WITH BODY ELECTRICITY

1. USB charging cable
2. 2 silver coins
3. A piece of paper
4. Paper clip

HOW TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE WITH BODY ELECTRICITY

1.   Connect the cable to the phone (phone is not charging)
2. Now lets make a capacitor. Insert the smaller end of paper clip inside the USB connector
3. Place the piece of paper in between
4. Place one coin on top of the paper clip to make the plate of the capacitor
5. Place another coin on the bottom of the USB touching its outer shell
6. Phone starts charging

Your body electricity charges the capacitor through your fingers which in turn charges the phone.
