You can use your android phone to control your pc throyugh your wifi connection. This procedure does not make use of data connection. Your android phone serves as your pc moue and keyboard

• Download android Pc remote from google play store for your android phone
• Download android pc remote server for windows or linux and mac

After download, run pc remote server on your desktop and input the ip into your android pc remote.
You can now control your pc with your phone wirelessly
