Windows 8 has been around for quite a while now and i am afraid to say "the OS was made as a marketing stunt to draw girls into the world of computers".  I have been using windows 8 for some time now and i must admit that i love it because it has a very beautiful interface which is pleasing to the eye. Are you reluctant to give your phone out to your little sis when she asks you for it because of some stuffs you have on your gallery, you know what i mean. Don't worry, i will show you how to hide  files on your android device. It is quite simple .

• Go to your file manager, open settings
• Open file settings
• Check the box for "show hidden files"
• Go to the file you want to hide and rename it starting the name with a .  for example if the file is bow, i now change the name to .bow
• Go back to settings and uncheck "show hidden files"
